7-Day Fitness Challenge
- When: Sunday, February 14, 2021 until Sunday, February 21, 2021
- Where: Anywhere
- Group: Team MedConverge

The Challenge: You have 7 days to MOVE to get as many steps as possible and BURN as many calories as possible daily, consistently for a week. Those who clock maximum steps in these 7 days will be declared winners.
The Rules:
- Use your smartphone/smartwatch to record your steps on the MyFitnessPal app.
- Post your daily stats on the group's message board (screenshot or MyFitnessPal's share option).
- You must post your steps on the same day, not the next day.
- Last but not least, do not cheat

Steps to join the 7-Day Fitness Challenge:
1. Download the MyFitnessPal app from PlayStore or AppStore
2. Login or Create your user ID
3. Once in the app, look for the Community tab, click on it
4. Then look for Groups, click on it
5. Look for the Search box, type Team MedConverge and hit the search button
6. Locate our group and request to be added; ask for Invite.
Once you join the group, you will notice the Upcoming Events link; click on it to view details of this challenge.
Don't forget to post your daily stats on the Discussions message board of this event.
