Manager – AR
As an AR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring all collection policies, streamlining processes, and delivery of Business Services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.

Compensation: Up to 12 Lakh per annum
Responsibilities
- Ensures the collection and posting of cash is accurate and properly set up through the use of internal reports and systems
- Monitors adjustments and denials and corrects if necessary
- Improves work procedures and expedites workflow
- Monitors and maintains all payer relationships, ensuring all State, Federal, and Local government Billing requirements are met and updates any billing requirements
- Studies and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of subordinates
- Assigns duties and examines work of subordinates for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances
- Attends all required meetings to establish a plan of action, training
- Responsible for establishing all requirements needed for specific departments to perform their daily functions
Skills/Experience
- 4 years of Leadership and People Management experience
- 4 years’ experience in Healthcare Billing and Collections
- Fluent verbal communication abilities
- Must have knowledge of Denial management and A/R fundamentals
- Strong reporting skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Medical terminology preferred
- Well-versed in Billing regulations and requirements by the payer
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Medicare, Medical, HMO/PPO, Commercial and W/C Billing & Collections
- Effective written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Must Have
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home
- Laptop/Desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and Windows 10 OS
